Pan seared minute Steak cooked to your liking served with skin on fries and a brandy pepper sauce

Fish & Chips

White fish of the day cooked in an IPA batter served with proper chips, lemon mushy peas with a hint of mint and homemade tartare sauce 

Caesar Salad

Classic Caesar salad of baby gem lettuce, Italian anchovies, crispy pancetta olive oil and rosemary croutons all dressed in our homemade Caesar dressing topped with a poached egg and aged parmesan shavings

Pan seared minute steak dipped and topped with a sweet caramelised onion and red wine gravy 

Fish Finger Butty

White fish of the day cooked in a IPA batter seasoned with sea salt and malt vinegar, lemon and mint mushy peas and homemade tartare sauce

 Smoked Salmon 

Scottish smoked prime salmon, fresh spinach, creamy nutmeg and chive seasoned mascarpone cheese

Cheese & Jam Sandwich

Breaded Taleggio cheese cooked in rapeseed oil then topped with our homemade tomato and coriander jam 

 Squash & Sage Sandwich

Garlic and sage roasted squash, wilted spinach and a sage truffle crème fraiche

Bresoala 

Italian cured fillet of beef thinly sliced topped with wild rocket, choice tomatoes and shaved aged parmesan all dressed in extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
